MY TICKETS HAVEN’T ARRIVED

THE TICKETS ARE CONFUSING
Tickets for the beer festival are issued by Craft Beer Folk as they’re running the beer festival. Tickets for all the other events are issued by Pop Up Screens (as that’s one of our other events) and there we use NuTickets as our ticket issuer.
HOW DO I GET MY TICKETS?
An email should arrive in your inbox containing your tickets. You WILL need to show your tickets at the door so we can scan them.
DO I NEED TO PRINT MY TICKETS?
Nope, as long as you’ve got it on your phone to flash you’ll be able to get in.
WHAT IF IT RAINS?
We watch 5 different weather apps, unfortunately all 5 say different things. If it’s forecasting showers than we will keep going, please come prepared. If there are severe weather warnings then we will cancel.
CAN I TRANSFER MY TICKETS?
Yes you can! Just let us know what you’ve bought and what you want to transfer to and we’ll sort it out for you.
REFUNDS?
Sorry, but we only issue refunds on tickets if we cancel the screenings. What we can do though is swap your tickets for another event so you don’t miss out.
ARE THERE TOILETS?
We have all the mod cons! There are toilets on the site
CAN I STILL GET TICKETS TO SOLD OUT EVENTS?
Unfortunately not, if we’re sold out then we are sold out as we only have a limited number of seats.
ARE THERE TICKETS ON THE DOOR?
If we aren’t sold out then you’ll be able to buy tickets on the door.
WILL THERE BE PARKING?
The outdoor theatre is on the Acacia site and there is some parking there, otherwise you have parking all over the town within a 5 minute walk
CAN I BRING MY SUPER CUTE DOG?
You can bring your dog to all the events except the comedy nights, please do not bring your dog to watch a comedian.
WHAT’S THE ACCESSIBILITY LIKE?
The site is accessible, but it is an outdoor space so it isn’t perfectly flat and can be a bit bumpy.
IS THERE ANY FOOD OR DRINK?
Yes and Yes, there will be food and drink available at all the events. Please do not bring your own alcohol to any of the events.
DO YOU DO CARER TICKETS?
If you’re the registered carer for someone attending one of our screenings please contact us with the ticket number for the full price ticket and we’ll issue you a free ticket.
